Art fair

One of the aspects I like about Kingston is the ability to get out to the country so easily, and explore all the towns and byways.  

Saturday was my sister's birthday and we decided to go for a country drive and take in an art show in Newburgh, about an hour's drive just northwest of Kingston. The event was held in the grounds and ruins of an old mill - a perfect setting!!

Musicians were playing gentle tunes and there was a table with dishes of watermelon cubes, blueberries and raspberries.  We wandered down to the river bank and I spotted a heron waiting patiently for lunch.
